We have no public transportation and minimal commercial development - restaurants, grocery stores, office space. So, we must drive into the city to work and play.

This 15-acre parcel was annexed into the city of Boise and then sold to a developer for $12 million from Boise School District. It is located along Victory Road, next to the BSD building. The City approved 301- multifamily residential units.
