ZOA21-00002 & CAR21-00022 Murio Farms Specific Plan scheduled for PZC
Murio Farms is back. Please see attached. Murio Farms is 381 acres of land, south of Lake Hazel. The potential development includes 3,560 dwelling units. Per our neighborhood meeting, last summer, they had decided to remove much of the commercial. This development will be annexed into the City, so they waited until the new zoning code rewrite was approved.
These applications are scheduled to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission on 9/11/2023. Please submit your comments by 8/25/2023.
